The following are all documents related to machinery on the course.

Firstly download/print the documents THEN please have them with you during your training.

(Reminder: Please do not print anything if it is not required, Down Loading is allowed.)

When you have downloaded/printed off the sheets, you can in advance of the course complete the personal information at the top.

Where it says RDTHSC please insert MARK ELWELL.

Please insert the date of either day of training, also.

From your school/College please can you also have available to view as either a download or printed version a Risk Assessment of a machine you use, A COSHH data sheet, and a copy of one page of your technicians maintenance folder for machines in the workshop.

Finally: In advance of the training date, if you are able to read through each document do so.

Please also have available pen & pencil, and possibly a folder to house your paper work in.
